To help inspire people to eat healthy and explore delicious new foods through our informational reviews. Our goal is the find and review new and interesting healthy foods. The foods are either from grocery related stores, restaurants, or online shopping centers. Food or products from other sources will usually be stated directly in the review.

The food and product reviews come with our rating system with zero stars meaning the product is either not recommended, or has yet to be fully reviewed. A five star rating means the food or product has been given a Two-Healthy-Thumbs-Up by GoodHealthWay.com. This is based on the food health benefits and/or taste, or the product value.

One of our featured reviews are of food served in a restaurant visited by Guy Fieri of The Food Network show Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. Other foods include the healthy Greek Yogurt brands such as Yoplait, Chobani, and Oikos.
