A great vanilla peach breakfast smoothie with flax seeds added. A real easy one to make. The fresh peach makes this a more fluid smoothie. You could use frozen peaches for the same taste, but thicker texture. Below is the recipe and photos of the process.
Fresh Peach – 1 Peach
Almond Milk – about 2/3 cup
Protein Powder – 1 vanilla scoop
Flax Seeds – 3 teaspoons
