The Optimum Nutrition brand of vanilla whey is great for adding to a morning smoothie. We recommend the vanilla, although it comes in many other flavors. The vanilla is ideal for adding in a blender with skim milk and some frozen fruit. It is recommended that the 1 scoop you add to the blender be added right when you are ready to blend the smoothie. If you leave it too long while you are putting things away, the vanilla whey will cling to the top edge of the liquid mark in the blender.
