Theme Park Veggie Burger

Theme Park Veggie Burger

Not much to review on this one. Was listed as a Grilled Veggie Burger. Sounds good, right? Well, the Veggie Burger was more like microwaved (no grill marks). However, this is a good healthy choice for a day at a theme park when you combine this with the all-day walking. A pedometer would be a good idea so you could track how far you walked.

Giving in to the urge to go all out and have ice cream, soda, and cotton candy can leave you exhausted at the end of the day. The veggie burger, although not ‘grilled’ as the menu stated, can leave you with a longer lasting energy.

Make your day at a theme park productive in your health goals.

Purchased and consumed March 2012.

Note – the fries were included, you do not have to eat them,
but they will not exchange these for a bowl of fruit, darn.
