These are great for keeping your low-calorie, or no-calorie sports bottled contents cold. The shape of the ice cube is a cylinder so you can fit them easily into the bottle. Can sometimes be hard to find in stores, so online is a good option. Putting 3 or 4 into a bottle before you go out for your morning jog will keep the drink cold. Fits in a standard water bottle, like the ones you would add your drink mix into.
