This recipe, part juice, part milk, is easy to make at home. The ingredients are pictured below:
4 Frozen Strawberries
8 oz of Skim Milk
Two teaspoons of Vanilla Whey Protein
The frozen strawberries help make the drink thicker when blended. You can get the strawberries fresh, and cut and freeze them for making blender drinks.
How to make the drink:
Just add the strawberries, then the milk, and then the whey protein. Add in that order or the whey powder will stick to the sides of the blender, making it harder to mix. Blend for about 30 seconds and you are done.
