900mg Fish Oil Omega-3
Veggie burger on whole wheat flatbread. Two thin slices of swiss.
Coffee – just skim milk.
32 ounces of water.
Stir fry – Chicken and Broccoli
Added garlic, sesame oil, black bean sauce.
16 ounces of water
Snacks Consumed this Day:
8oz Silk Soy Milk.
Edamame with sea salt.
15 minutes on treadmill at 7.0 incline, speed 3.0. . 2.0 on last minute.
Fat free plain yogurt, added fresh raspberries and dusted with ground flax seeds.
16 ounces of water.
